Our organizational environment

 

Being foreign-managed and catering to a global market, our organizational culture is characterized by a certain uniqueness that is not commonly found in most outsourcing companies:

  • We communicate in a highly direct and straightforward manner, without beating around the bush.
  • We practice open communication—and the President's office is always open and accessible.
  • We don't take work-related discussions personally.
  • We take our tasks seriously.
  • We are very particular with  meeting our deadlines.
  • We follow an unorthodox way of managing projects. It is, therefore, not uncommon that a junior developer reports directly to the President nor that the President takes part in regular project meetings.
  • We observe punctuality and are strict with attendance.
  • We address each other on a first-name basis and titles like Sir and Mister are not used.
  • We wear casual clothes to work.
  • We leave no room for immaturity, exaggerated sensitivity, and laziness.
