On-the-job training
The best way to familiarize you with our development standards is through practical programming tasks. Upon joining our team, you will team up with one or two of our seasoned developers who will guide you through your learning curve. The President is likewise very much involved in project management and personally coaches you on how to go about with your tasks. This is the most common training that our software developers and graphic designers undergo
Retooling through a third-party training center
We keep you at pace with the current development trends by sending you to third-party training centers. At times when our projects require new technology that we need to familiarize ourselves with, such as a new server program or a new CMS system, we send you to such IT training. In this case, we shoulder the training cost. Should you personally desire to retool yourself and avail of a particular IT training through an external training center, we offer flexible arrangements.
Microsoft Certification exam
We actively encourage our developers to become Microsoft-certified. We pay for the examination fee for any programmer who takes a relevant Microsoft Certification exam. To further help you successfully pass the test, we will also purchase the necessary training materials such as books, DVDs, and online courses.
Individual development plan
At times, we tailor the career training plan depending on your flexibility and on our available resources. We may combine any or all of the training options above, or create a different training setup that will best fit your needs.
