Peter Skouhus
President
Peter is Danish. He started 1902 Software Development Corporation in Manila in 1998 and has lived in the Philippines since then. Peter leads the company's day-to-day operations and serves as the company's main salesperson. Peter speaks fluent Danish, English and German. Well traveled and passionate about history and different cultures of the world, Peter documents his experiences through photography and has kept a wide collection of printed photographs bearing a wide variety of subjects.
Paul Nerie
Vice President for Technical Operations
Paul has been into the field of software development for almost 20 years now. Paul is a highly skilled developer and software architect who leads the technical direction of the company. He has been with 1902 Software Development Corporation for almost ten years now and has witnessed how 1902 works with clients year in and year out. Paul is known by most of his friends and colleagues to have boundless interest towards new technologies, though not many are aware that he is an artist as well. He sings and composes music as a hobby, and is very much into photography.
Pamela Skouhus
Human Resources Manager
Pamela takes care of the human resources of 1902 Software Development and works to find the best talent and keep them in the company. Bearing a constant happy temperament, she practices open communication and considerateness to maintain good employee relations at 1902. A college instructor by practice, Pamela has deep interest in academic research. She has a master's degree in Journalism and is completing her PhD in Applied Linguistics.
Johanne Lim
Project Manager
Johanne joined 1902 Software as a project manager, heading 1902's team of software developers in defining project scope and in meeting goals and deliverables. As a proficient and tactful communicator, he liaises between 1902 and its clients. Johanne has been in the field of Information Technology for over ten years now and balances life and career though sustained enthusiasm towards golf, travelling, and popular culture.
Rod Victa Jr.
Creative Director
Rod is a graduate of Multimedia Arts from DLSU College of St. Benilde. Rod appreciates diversity and finds challenging situations as opportunity for growth. He is a versatile artist-designer, flexibly using an array of different styles, and has worked on a wide variety of projects. Having had years of leadership experience, he enjoys working with fellow designers and is open-minded to various techniques and approaches. Rod is quiet by nature, but is fun-loving and tolerant. He is a gym buff and is into collecting comic books, drawing, and painting.
