1902 Software Development is a software outsourcing company in the Philippines that takes pride in its organizational identity. 1902 Software Development was founded in 1998 in Manila, Philippines. We are an IT company which was from the outset set up to focus on software and web development outsourcing.
We are a dynamic IT company which caters to modern, international market with a lot of skills and a lot of heart. Our trademark is high quality service through a detailed and systematic approach to everything we do. We take pride in producing high quality products and services on time—all the time. Our attitude is that quality and customer satisfaction come before everything, and we go the extra mile to achieve that.
As a software outsourcing company, we develop everything from small websites to complete web applications. We also work as sub-supplier to software companies and design studios. Our clients are mostly from Europe, as well as from the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Our Culture and Values

Our team of developers are fluent bilinguals whose second language is English. We communicate with our clients—and even among ourselves—in English at all times to facilitate a universal way of sharing information within and outside our software company. We primarily use Skype VOIP for voice communication.
Working Hours & Meeting Time
We work 45 hours every week from 08:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Philippines is GMT + 8. As a general rule, all meetings should be conducted within this time frame.
