We specialize in web development using .net, primarily C#, as well as the classic ASP language. Normally we use either MS-SQL server or MS-Access as database for our systems.
You have three options: we use your CMS system, we use Rainbow Portal, or we use DotnetNuke. Both Rainbow Portal and DotNetNuke are open source systems written in C# and vb.net respectively. Both systems use MS-SQL server as database. If we use your CMS system, then we should start out by doing less complicated work such as creating style sheets before getting into advanced things.
As a general rule, everything we develop conforms with the W3C guidelines, except DotNetNuke based websites due to a technical limitation in DotNetNuke.
